What if i already have a court reserve account from a previous organization?
How can I access Vegas Indoor Pickleball to book a court?
If you have an existing account on Court Reserve prior to joining our organization, you will still default to your old organization. You are able to set Vegas Indoor Pickleball to your new default by going to My Organizations > Edit Organizations. You will then be able to use the trash can icon to remove any previous or old organizations.
HOW FAR OUT CAN I RESERVE A COURT?
Open Players: Open players are able to reserve courts up to 14 days in advance.
VIP Players: VIP players are able to reserve courts up to 21 days in advance.
DO YOU HAVE OPEN PLAY?
Our open play events are scheduled on a weekly basis. Our schedule is posted in our "EVENTS" tab every Friday afternoon for the following week. We request all players register for the open play in advance in ensure a spot.
WHAT ARE YOUR COURT POLICIES?
Check-in: Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your court start time to check in. All players are required to sign our liability waiver before allowed into our court arena.
Maximum of 8 Players Per Court: Please be advised that a maximum of 8 individuals are permitted per court reservation. All groups over 8 must reserve an additional court. No exceptions will be made for additional persons without the prior approval of VIP management.
Minor Policy: All children under 8 years old are not permitted in the court arena after 9:00 PM without the prior approval of VIP management. All non-playing children must be supervised and remain in social area.
No Alcohol or Smoking: For the comfort and safety of all participants, we strictly prohibit the consumption of alcohol and smoking within the arena premises.
Court Shoes and Appropriate Attire: To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, we kindly request that all players wear proper court shoes and appropriate attire while participating on the courts.
what is your cancellation policy?
Our venue has limited courts, and many of our court times sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled reservation for a full refund and/or credit to your account. This will allow us to offer your court to other pickleball players. You may call us at (702) 507-1605 between the hours of 6:30am-10:00pm to cancel.

Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance of the reservation date will receive a 100% refund.

Cancellations made within 12 - 48 hours will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made within 12 hours will not be subject to receive a refund/credit*
*Please note, if you do not cancel with at least a 12 hours notice, you will forfeit your payment, however we WILL make every effort to rebook your cancelled court. If we are successful, we will gladly refund/credit your court fee.
do you have showers or changing rooms?
We do not have showers or changing rooms available. However, we provide two bathrooms for your convenience: one located in the lobby and another in the social arena.
