What if i already have a court reserve account from a previous organization?
How can I access Vegas Indoor Pickleball to book a court?

If you have an existing account on Court Reserve prior to joining our organization, you will still default to your old organization. You are able to set Vegas Indoor Pickleball to your new default by going to My Organizations > Edit Organizations. You will then be able to use the trash can icon to remove any previous or old organizations.

Can I reserve a court a couple of months in advance?

Open Players: Open players are able to reserve courts up to 10 days in advance. 

VIP Players:  VIP players are able to reserve courts up to 14 days in advance.

what is your cancellation policy?

Our venue has limited courts, and many of our court times sell out. For this reason, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled reservation for a full refund and/or credit to your account. This will allow us to offer your court to other pickleball players. You may call us at (702) 507-1605 between the hours of 6:30am-10:00pm to cancel.

 

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance of the reservation date will receive a 100% refund. 

  • Cancellations made within 12 - 48 hours will receive a 50% refund. 

  • Cancellations made within 12 hours will not be subject to receive a refund/credit*

 

*Please note, if you do not cancel with at least a 12 hours notice, you will forfeit your payment, however we WILL make every effort to rebook your cancelled court. If we are successful, we will gladly refund/credit your court fee.

How Can I book an event for parties or work events?

To schedule an outing or event for groups up to 8-40 guests you can fill out a request here.
