VIP Card Terms and Conditions
1. This does not constitute a membership: there are no additional offers, promotions, or discounts beyond those explicitly outlined above.
2. Courts can be reserved subject to availability.
3. Cardholders are entitled to twelve (12) complimentary 90-minute sessions, which must be used for their first reservation each month. Unused sessions from one month cannot be carried over or used in future months.
4. The VIP Card is an annual pass that begins its validity from the moment of purchase. Full payment for the card is mandatory in order to access and enjoy these benefits.
5. If cardholder wishes to cancel membership, a cancellation request must be made in writing. In such cases, any unused portion of their card fees will be prorated and refunded to them accordingly.
6. All VIP cardholders must sign VIP Liability Waiver.
7. All VIP cardholders agree to follow the codes of conduct set by VIP.
